Get Your Proposal
I’ll send a proposal covering my planning fee, what you’ll receive, and when—so you know exactly what you’re paying for and what to expect before you commit.
Sign On & Kick Off
Once you approve the plan, pay the deposit, and complete onboarding with Fora, I get to work—drawing on Fora’s booking and itinerary tools plus my own winemaker relationships to build out your trip.
Stay in the Loop, Your Way
We’ll check in as often as you’d like, but every decision is yours. You approve each booking before it’s confirmed—accommodations, guides, and transportation first, then wineries and tastings where they fit.
